Hi everyone,this is a eleven year old girl , Gaurika💜 this side. In today's blog,we are going to learn how to tie ghungroo in kathak. This would help the newbies who are going to learn kathak,well after this lockdown only. You can follow the following steps:-

Step 1- Take one end of your ghungroo and attach it to your
 foot,but first the white lace you can see should be tied on your toe. Like this:

Step 2:Now,if you are tying your right leg,the first ghungroo should should go up making circles until the lace finishes and comes to an end.Like this:

Step 3: When you are done making the circles around your leg,tie both the laces from each side by bringing up the first lace tied to your toe.Like this:

Important things to keep in mind while tying the ghungroo:

i) While making the circles,make sure you don't leave gap between lines......Like this:

ii) When you are bring the forst lace up please make sure the lace comes up in a line....Like this:
